Mother, Son-in-Law, Grandson

This is a picture of my grandmother, Elizabeth (Lizzie) Scott Land, Howard Hilton (Rachel's first husband), and Howard and Rachel's son, Bill.

Once she became a grandmother Lizzie was known as Momma Land...notice the hat she's holding. This was taken on the front steps of Granny' Land's house. By the time I came along Granny had moved across the road, so I never saw her house lived in....It's nice to see some flower pots on the steps.

Howard served in the Air Force. This was probably taken around 1940.
